Marketing and Communications (Commercial)

[Undergraduates preferably in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or other related disciplines]

  • Act as an Integrated Marketer to coordinate various marketing tactics
  • Create content for website and NF Touch app (Nan Fung customer loyalty program)
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including event management, PR, and social media
  • Carry out the creative materials development
  • Conduct competitive research and analyse market trends

Sustainability & Shared Value (SEWIT)

[Undergraduates preferably in Social Science, Environmental Science, Data Science, Psychology, Economics, or other related disciplines]

  • Support the planning and coordination of tenant engagement programs and tenant sustainability data management
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, copywriting, and visualisation for the SEWIT report and related publicity materials 
  • Conduct research on various ESG topics to drive sustainability and support studies on nature-related risk and opportunity 
  • Identify market trends and provide insights to foster social innovation 
  • Assist in organizing community engagement projects and quantify social value using impact measurement frameworks (e.g. Social Return on Investment)  
  • Facilitate Net Zero and TCFD-aligned climate efforts across business streams

The Mills Fabrica (Marketing)

[Undergraduates preferably in Marketing, Business, Business Management, or other related disciplines]

  • Create basic content: Assist in producing marketing materials, social media posts, invitations, website updates, eDMs and Fabrica X online shop content, while supporting day-to-day operations
  • Explore marketing tools: Familiarize yourself with essential platforms like Mailchimp (for email campaigns), Meta Business Suite (for social scheduling and ads), Google Analytics (for basic performance tracking), and related tools
  • Help with events: Support planning, organization and execution of physical and virtual activities, including Fabrica X events, student/corporate visits and external showcases
  • Aid market research: Assist with research for strategic initiatives to better understand Hong Kong’s startup ecosystem and key players

The Mills Fabrica (Partnership)

[Undergraduates preferably in Business, Business Management, or other related disciplines]

  • Conduct market research and analysis of the Asian startup ecosystem to support the growth of Fabrica network in the region 
  • Build and nurture relationships with local startups and universities to identify potential partnership opportunities 
  • Assist with logistical and administrative tasks related to innovation programs and events
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to facilitate the successful execution of divisional activities and initiatives 

The Mills Fabrica (Programme and Product Development)

[Undergraduates preferably in Fashion and Apparel, Textiles, Design, or related disciplines]

  • Conceptualise and develop new sustainability-themed workshops for consumers, students, and businesses.
  • Facilitate workshops and guided tours for schools, corporate groups, and the general public.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including photoshoots, brochures, copywriting, and campaign messaging.
  • Support merchandise development projects in collaboration with partner businesses (e.g. co-branded or upcycled sustainability goods).
  • Provide ad-hoc support in equipment upkeep, procurement, and internal or external communications.
